RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you love your Lili Inti purchase and we want you to be completely happy with it. If for any reason you are not satisfied or you’ve changed your mind, please return the bag to us in its original condition within 14 days of delivery. Returned bags must include the original box, dust bags with original tags attached. Bags with any sign of wear, or without the original packaging, will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. Returns are possible only for bags that weren’t purchased on sale or using special promo codes.
How to initiate a return
To initiate a return, please contact email@example.com to acquire your shipping label and provide your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a label to send the piece back to us. Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping on returns. The customer is responsible for paying for shipping the package back to us. The costumer also bears the risk of loss during shipment and Lili Inti is not responsible for packages lost by your chosen shipping carrier. Lili Inti strongly recommends that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. If your original order was shipped to a destination outside the EU, then any additional customers duties or import taxes will not be refunded.
Once the bag is received, we will issue a refund. Refunds will be paid back in the method of the original payment within 10 days after receiving the bag.
At this time we are not processing exchanges. If you would like to exchange your bag, please return your original bag and then purchase the new one separately. If you are exchanging a product for the same model, only in a different colour, there is no need to re-purchase. We will simply ship you the product (if still in stock) in the new colour once we receive the item you are exchanging.
